Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed upon in written terms all payments are to be made in cash (United States Dollars) in full, within thirty (30) days from date of shipment. Electro-Mec's Credit Department reserves the right to require full or partial payment in advance. Pro rata payments are due as shipments are made, except where shipments are delayed for any reason by the Purchaser, in which event payments are due on the date Electro-Mec is prepared to make shipment. If the Purchaser delays manufacture for any reason, Electro-Mec may require payment based on the contract price and/or percentage of completion. The purchaser agrees to incur any or all expenses or risks for property held for the purchaser for any reason.
